Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer (CPO), Chief Legal Officer and the broader People & Culture (P&C) team. This role demands a sense of urgency, strong problem-solving abilities, and the agility to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert in calendar and travel management, demonstrate sound judgment, and embody a positive, can-do spirit. The ability to anticipate needs, take ownership of projects, and manage competing priorities is essential. The successful candidate will also be highly responsive, providing quick and efficient support while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage executive's calendars with precision, balancing competing priorities and scheduling high-level meetings.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CPO/CLO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CPO & CLO.
- Partner with the CPO and P&C team to drive and execute strategic P&C projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. Assist with meeting preparation, document management, and reporting as required.
- Help maintain project plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and impact.
- When directed, coordinate the preparation of materials for Board of Directors and executive team meetings.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms is a plus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field required. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership in HR/Legal or a Corporate setting.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in an HR or corporate environment.
Pay Transparency: Min $100K - Max $110K
