We are currently seeking an experienced individual for the Critical Facilities Engineer Level 5 Team Lead Support role in our Maintenance Department. In this role, you will still get involved in hands-on engineering and have the opportunity to take a lead position within the team and use your technical expertise to guide and develop others. You will act as a support for your supervisors and lead by example, playing the pivotal role of the supervisor's right hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced electrical installations, including:
- Power Distribution Units (PDU)
- Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
- Emergency power systems
- NEN1010 inspections
- NEN3140 inspections
- Ensure all tasks are executed according to established procedures and documented accurately.
- Uphold high standards of working time and quality and innovate in efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from the Maintenance department and other Critical Facility Engineers at the data centers
- Coaching of the team in both technical and soft skills
- Acting as a support to tasks delegated by your supervisors manager
- Being a point of contact for others taking onboard others different needs and communication styles
Who We Are Looking For:
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible individuals who keep their promises and are accountable
- Some one used to supporting with leading a team
- Team players who are customer-oriented, solution-focused, and put "we" before "me"
- Candidates with a technical diploma of MBO 4 level or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Location: Amsterdam
