Managed Services Fulfillment Analyst
Job Summary
Supports the delivery of activation/deactivation projects, installing/configuring new managed services and documentation for operational teams.
Responsibilities
Planning
- Creates simple task list for themselves or given the tasks to document in a plan for wider groups or people
Stakeholder Management
- Awareness of immediate key stakeholders, and with guidance able to identify the needs of stakeholders
Communications
- Provides personal task and progress updates within their team or project. The use of tools and template requires feedback from more senior colleagues which drive learning and development
Technical Review
- Validates technical requirements of contracted services by customers
Service Orders Management
- Processes Service Requests for the activation and deactivation of customers products
- Monitor the process of Service Requests and tasks transferred to the other departments
Deployment
- Responsible for the execution of tasks, activities and work packages in order to create the final product of project, based on scope acceptation and aligned to hired products/services
- Supports the service orders processing to activation/deactivation of products/services of Equinix portfolio
- Supports the Service Requests process in his functional scope, such as the follow up of transferred tasks to other internal departments, considering the status updated in the internal system
Procurement Process
- Supports the acquisition process of items needed to delivery products/services to our customers, in collaboration with procurement department and in compliance to global acquisition processes
Documentation
- Responsible for producing technical documentation of physical installations and managed services configuration to enable proper support from Operational Teams
Customer Care
- Manages simple customer deployments through completion
- Communicates with customers on pre-defined milestones
- Has a basic-medium technical knowledge of designated products/processes
- Handles escalations with close guidance from a leader/manager
- Resolves issues with close guidance from leader/manager
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
