We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Critical Facilities Engineer Level V / Team Lead Support. In deze rol ben je nog steeds betrokken bij praktische engineering maar ook de kans krijgen om een leidende positie binnen het team in te nemen en je technische expertise te gebruiken om anderen te begeleiden en verder te ontwikkelen. Je ondersteunt je supervisors en geeft het goede voorbeeld, waarbij je de cruciale rol speelt als de rechterhand van de supervisor.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en werkzaamheden:
• Preventief en correctief onderhoud op geavanceerde elektrische installaties, waaronder:
o Power Distribution Units (PDU)
o Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
o Noodstroomsystemen
o NEN1010 inspecties
o NEN3140 inspecties
• Je zorgt ervoor dat alle taken worden uitgevoerd volgens de vastgestelde procedures en nauwkeurig worden gedocumenteerd.
• Je handhaaft hoge normen voor werktijd en kwaliteit en innoveer in efficiëntie en veiligheid.
• Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de onderhoudsafdeling en andere Critical Facility Engineers in de datacenters.
• Je coacht het team in zowel technische als sociale vaardigheden.
• Je fungeert ondersteunend voor taken die door je supervisor zijn gedelegeerd.
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor anderen waarbij je rekening houdt met verschillende behoeften en communicatiestijlen.

• Iemand die gewend is een team te ondersteunen en/of te leiden.
• Teamspelers die klantgericht, oplossingsgericht zijn en "wij" boven "ik" stellen.
• Kandidaten met een diploma MBO 4 niveau of hoger in Werktuigbouwkunde of Engineering.
• Beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
• Locatie: Amsterdam.
