Data Center Customer Operations III

Job Summary

Data Centers are considered Critical Facilities. This means that we support hospitals, laboratories, public safety centers. Simply put - We cannot go dark. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for troubleshoots and installs sophisticated circuits and performs custom installations.

Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to be trained to complete technical work with in a data center
  • Building shelving unites to safely store servers and other equipment
  • Reading installation plans and then implementing the plans accordingly
  • Working from a ticketing queue to complete all work
  • Contributing to the success of your team and the greater success of the company by completing hands on work
  • Maintaining detailed written records of all work activity
  • Completing all assigned training in a timely manner
  • Supporting customer happiness through timely and detailed order execution
  • Growing a natural curiosity for facilities
  • Developing strong problem-solving skill

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. and are agile in manual dexterity (climb, stoop, et.) with or without an accommodation
  • Flexibility to work any assigned shift, off-schedule, fill in for workmate, respond to emergencies, holidays, nights etc.
