Overview: We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team and support the development of an innovative real estate insurance consortium as well as supporting individual real estate opportunities with larger firm. This role will involve managing relationships with mid-sized real estate firms, coordinating data submissions, and facilitating client engagement for a rapidly growing insurance consortium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance data management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for real estate firms participating in the consortium.
- Collect, validate, and analyze insurance data from clients (e.g., property, casualty, general liability) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Interface with brokers to address data quality and submission requirements.
- Coordinate follow-up communications, meetings, and deliverables for consortium participants and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and pipeline opportunities in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to grow the consortium’s membership and value proposition.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on client engagement and consortium progress.
- Support business development initiatives by tracking key metrics, scheduling follow-ups, and managing the consortium pipeline.
- Provide support for marketing / outreach efforts – including maintaining / updating web and social media content, organizing marketing campaigns, researching Real Estate issues and generating relevant content

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the insurance or real estate sectors.
- Knowledge / experience in Real Estate Industry
- Strong understanding of insurance data requirements, including property, casualty, and general liability.
- Ability to analyze and validate client-submitted data, ensuring completeness and readiness for insurance submissions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and manage relationships.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
- Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and its specific insurance challenges.
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous follow-ups, meetings, and data points simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interface with high-level clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement.
