We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
This role will be pivotal in assisting our recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting top talent to our company. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in expanding their knowledge of recruitment processes and the IT industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Identify and connect with potential candidates through social media platforms such as LinkedIn and other networking tools
- Learn to manage candidate information and track recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and assist in finding the best talent
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates during the recruitment process
- Contribute to job posting creation and update job listings across different platforms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Develop a basic understanding of key roles, technologies, and companies in the IT industry
- Provide support for administrative tasks in the recruitment process, including scheduling and documentation

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates)
- Familiarity with social media and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn
- Background in or willingness to learn Applicant Tracking Systems
- Interest in learning more about the IT industry, including key roles and technologies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning
- Residency in Guadalajara, Aguascalientes, or Monterrey due to potential in-person meetings or events
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role
- Basic awareness of IT roles and technologies
