We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with Salesforce to lead distributed Salesforce teams across locations in close collaboration with the onsite BAs, TPMs, DMs from the United States, Poland, and India. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical team across multiple locations and vendors
- Ensure outstanding program outcomes through effective project management, cross-functional coordination, and communication
- Define and clarify project requirements by consulting with stakeholders
- Manage scope definition across the entire program
- Maintain program and project documentation
- Support software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to navigate the software project lifecycle
- Monitor project schedules, identify potential issues, and communicate these to stakeholders
- Oversee release schedules and milestones to maintain a high project velocity in a dynamic environment

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce technologies
- Background in client interaction and leading project teams in an onsite-offshore engagement model
- Proficiency in Salesforce, especially Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud
- Expertise in CRM Sales, Customer Service functionality, and integrations with external systems
- Experience with software development and end-to-end program management involving multiple global engineering teams
- Capability to interact with engineering teams and participate in coding reviews using Salesforce core programming languages such as Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Additional experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, RestAPIs
- Skills in working cross-functionally within an integrated team of technical and non-technical members
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
