Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee strategic business analysis and product ownership initiatives within the digital banking domain
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives and market insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technology capabilities
- Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to a team of business analysts
- Drive the successful delivery of business-critical projects, ensuring the alignment of business and technology objectives
- Leverage industry best practices and methodologies to enhance business analysis processes and outcomes
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and technology stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the business analysis function
- Ensure the successful implementation of digital banking solutions and products

- 7+ years of proven experience as a Chief Business Analyst or similar leadership role in the digital banking sector
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Digital Product Owner leading one's own Scrum delivery team for digital products and services
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical (Engineering, Computer Science) or business field
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with digital banking platforms and products
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Proven track record of delivering business-critical projects within the digital banking industry
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the business analysis function
