We are currently seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Tableau dashboards and reports to meet the needs of our business. This role requires a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in SQL, and expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.

• Create and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards on-demand
• Analyze data sets to uncover insights
• Optimize complex SQL queries to improve dashboard performance
• Work closely with business users to gather reporting requirements
• Develop reports using Tableau Desktop
• Present reports to stakeholders through show and tell sessions
• Coordinate with Client SMEs for production deployment of reports
• Contribute to projects using agile methodology

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3.5+ years of professional experience in Tableau dashboard creation
• 3.5+ years of work experience in a technology leadership role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in optimizing complex queries
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep
• Skills in Amazon Web Services
• Competency in both gathering reporting requirements and report development
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including business users and Client SMEs
• Background in data analysis and agile project methodologies
