We are seeking a Systems Engineer - Observability to join our team.
In this role, you will build and maintain an observability environment that enables our engineers to easily understand the behavior and performance of their services in cloud environments. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring high performance and observability of our services.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement an effective observability environment for cloud-based services
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to aggregate logs and observability metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of services
- Set up and manage alerting systems for timely notification of application issues
- Work with product engineering teams to optimize service performance through observability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability tools and processes
- Participate in daily standups, ad-hoc tech reviews, and weekly status meetings
- Contribute to sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives

- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Deep technical understanding of observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Golang, or similar programming languages
- Experience with version control systems like git
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in coding/scripting in relevant languages
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
- Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms
- Prior experience in a similar role within a cloud environment
