We are looking for a Systems Engineer to strengthen our team in Georgia who is able to visit Tbilisi/Batumi office twice a month.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Address end-user inquiries, offer technical assistance and direction
• Provide advice on issues related to supporting services and documentation
• Respond to incidents, investigate root causes, and troubleshoot
• Monitor and diagnose infrastructure to identify and address performance issues
• Offer technical support and guidance to team members to help them resolve issues or enhance their skills
• Engage with the team through consistent communication and participation in meetings and discussions
• Write technical documentation and user guides
• Employ scripting skills to automate processes and enhance efficiency

• Competency in diagnosing problems
• Capability to offer technical guidance to colleagues
• Understanding of interpreting Splunk Dashboards
• Familiarity with diagnosing CI/CD complications via Jenkins and GitHub
• Flexibility to comprehend codebases in Node.js/Go/Python
