Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level solutions using PEGA and BPM technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance business processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Lead solution design sessions, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members
• Conduct proof-of-concept exercises to validate solution feasibility
• Define and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies related to solution architecture

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong expertise in PEGA and BPM
• In-depth knowledge of IoT concepts, security, and connectivity, and experience in creating solutions based on Azure IoT
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions
• Strong familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, including AI-enabled tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
