Solution Architect II

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect II to join our dynamic team.
As a proactive, self-driven individual, you should display strong communication skills and capability in conducting effective meetings with stakeholders at different levels, including engineers and executive audiences. Your primary focus will involve designing and presenting structured technical solutions, addressing concerns, and embedding strategic foresight into each project.

Responsibilities

• Refine technical solutions and resolve conflicts through strategic thinking
• Comprehensive assessment of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and documentation methodologies
• Convert complex technical concepts into simplified documents for clearer communication with product teams, business partners, and senior leadership
• Create and deliver clear, actionable documents and PowerPoint presentations that identify various options and rank them by potential advantages and associated risks
• Prioritize effective communication, especially with executive stakeholders

• Established track record in team, program, or leadership management with a minimum of 4 years in senior technology roles such as Architect or Chief Engineer
• Skill in preparing and delivering compelling, concise presentations for diverse audiences, including engineers and executives
• Proficiency in working with customer-facing platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, engage with various stakeholders, and develop solutions across distributed teams
• Capability to interact with developers, product teams, vice presidents, and executives using tailored communication styles such as ELIJD for technical clarity and ELICE for strategic alignment

• Understanding of system architecture
• Proficiency in microservices design and implementation, API design, and integration
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and solutions
