We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect I to join our growing team. As a Solution Architect, you will take on a vital role in designing and implementing IT solutions that align with our company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Lead hands-on activities, including small amounts of coding and system design
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to enhance their skillsets
• Participate in cloud infrastructure setups and migrations using Microsoft Azure and Oracle OCI
• Facilitate and manage cloud integrations using Informatica Cloud Integration Hub and IICS/IDMC
• Engage in governance activities and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance system integrations and workflows

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (HCM Module preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud services including Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, and APIs
• Background in Informatica solutions, particularly Cloud Integration Hub and IICS/IDMC
• Capability to coach and mentor developers effectively
• Flexibility to work within US timezones, with availability until at least 2 PM EST
• Fluency in English (C1+ level)

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure
• Background in programming languages such as NodeJS, Python, and C#
• Experience with hands-on coding and system design
• Understanding of governance principles within a technical environment
