We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect I specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.
This role is focused on the management and implementation of IAM solutions based on the SailPoint product, and designing solutions for the integration of third-party customer systems like Coupa and Salesforce with SailPoint. Implementing comprehensive IAM standards and processes will also be in the scope. With an urgent need to fill this position, we look for a candidate with not only a deep understanding of SailPoint but also the ability to expand our IAM capabilities through innovative solutions and technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust IAM solutions using SailPoint integrated with major third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
- Manage API development for smooth integration and functionality enhancement between different systems
- Serve as a technical leader in strategy meetings and provide guidance on IAM best practices, including the use of federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
- Oversee all phases of identity solutions lifecycle management, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
- Develop, analyze, and refine IAM policies to meet security, operational efficiency, and compliance standards

- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
- Strong experience in SailPoint for IAM solutions and integration with third-party applications
- Proficiency in API development and management, utilizing languages such as Java or Python
- Knowledge of identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Profound understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
- Experience with directory services like LDAP and Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as project management capabilities
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
- Familiarity with Architecture Governance
