Responsibilities
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
- Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
- Propose and establish the framework for necessary contributions from various departments
- Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage them
- Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
- Oversee the development of the product from start to finish
- Draft time schedules for project completion that effectively allocate resources
- Act as a liaison between the company's clients and departments
- Assist in the development of IT standards and guidelines

- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a strong focus on software engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 5 or more in a managerial or equivalent capacity
- Experience participating in at least 2 full cycle projects or various projects covering different phases of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure for designing and implementing solutions
- Familiarity with Microservice Architecture Pattern to design scalable and independent application components
- Experience with MongoDB for database management and deployment
- Comprehensive understanding of the full product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed and multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical and project-related challenges
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Relevant certifications in technology architecture or project management
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with cloud services integration and management
