In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines using Snowpark technologies. You will play a crucial role in enabling efficient data processing and contributing to our data-driven decision-making process.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines using Snowpark
- Utilize Snowpark's API efficiently to process and handle large datasets
- Develop and maintain UDFs and Stored Procedures in Snowflake
- Write high-quality, scalable Python code for data engineering and analytics
- Transform data using Pandas and PySpark within Python environments
- Leverage Snowpark's DataFrame API for advanced querying and data transformations
- Optimize data workflows by converting SQL-based workflows into DataFrame operations
- Manage source code and version control using GitLab
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating Snowflake deployments
- Implement GitOps practices to manage data infrastructure as code

- 2+ years of experience in Snowpark with expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines
- Strong proficiency in Python with ability to write efficient and maintainable code
- Deep understanding of Snowpark's DataFrame API with experience in distributed processing
- Background in GitLab for source code management and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of UDFs and Stored Procedures in Snowflake
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake deployments
- Experience using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for Snowflake integrations
- Understanding of IAM, security, and access control within Snowflake environments
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT design patterns
- Experience with clustering, partitioning, and query performance tuning in Snowflake
- Experience with cost-efficient design strategies in Snowflake
- Familiarity with data engineering best practices and large-scale data workflows
