We are seeking a Senior Unified Communications and Collaboration Engineer to specialize in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of integrated communication systems including voice, video, data, and mobile applications.
This role is instrumental in enhancing productivity through innovative collaboration tool management, system optimization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and maintain all collaboration systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify new use cases for collaboration tools and implement capabilities to support increased productivity
- Collaborate with UX and service desk teams to provide proactive communications, thorough training, and accurate documentation to end-users
- Enhance users' collaboration experience by optimizing computation and network configurations
- Develop and maintain a suite of tools and telemetry to assist in collaboration efforts
- Build a knowledge base of self-help resources for end-users to diagnose performance issues independently
- Address escalated support tickets related to Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC)
- Research and implement improvements, including automation and BOTs for Webex products
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues using application and system logs
- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles for support staff use
- Focus on enhancing telephony functions within the collaboration suite

- Proficiency with the Webex suite of products, particularly in telephony functions
- Intermediate knowledge of IP networking
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Cisco UC systems including Webex Control Hub
- Skills in using tools such as Webex Tracer, Wireshark, and Fiddler for diagnostics
- Understanding of Quality of Service and security concepts applicable to UCC
- Capability to manage certificate expirations and generate CSRs
- Knowledge of scripting and familiarity with REST/XML API for system enhancements
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with users
- Outstanding communication and documentation capability
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve potential user issues
- Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CodeStar, AWS X-Ray
- Background in Kubernetes management
