Responsibilities
  • Oversee core IT services such as AD, CA, DNS, DHCP and DFS
  • Supervise Azure services encompassing Exchange EOP, DirSync, MFA, OMS and Compute
  • Manage the MS productivity stack such as o365, Exchange and S4B
  • Administer MS management stack, including SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM and SCDPM
  • Work with file and print services
  • Direct the bare-metal infrastructure
  • Maintain OS images and hardened system configurations
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
  • Automate IT processes to reduce manual efforts
  • Utilize ITIL processes and ServiceNow for ITSM
  • Administer networking, VLANs and firewalls
  • Employ with VMware for virtualization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration
  • Hands-on experience in Azure and MS stack administration
  • Showcase of ITIL processes and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
  • Expertise in performance monitoring, automation, troubleshooting of system issues
  • Knowledge of networking, VLANs and firewalls
  • Familiarity with VMware for virtualization
  • English level - B1 and above
