Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with other teams to develop strategies for toil analysis and automation
- Identify areas of high toil within the infrastructure and prioritize them for intervention
- Design and implement automated solutions to reduce toil and increase system reliability
- Develop metrics and reports to measure the impact of toil reduction efforts
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in SRE and automation

- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on cloud solutions and reliability engineering
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a Site Reliability Engineering team
- Proven track record of improving system reliability and reducing operational overhead through automation
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and best practices
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Go, or Ruby
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
