Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows within ServiceNow FSO
- Ensure alignment of process improvements with business goals and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow configurations and workflows
- Configure ServiceNow FSO modules, including case management and claims processing
- Customize forms, UI policies, business rules, and workflows based on business requirements
- Work with developers to implement integrations with external financial systems
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials
- Conduct training sessions and workshops
- Provide ongoing support and guidance for continuous improvement

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - FSO (or related certification)
- Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration within ServiceNow
- Ability to travel a few times per month to the office in Hartford, CT (we can cover the business travel expenses)
