Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust product security architectures tailored for OT environments and OT product security, focusing on cloud, IoT, and application security
- Engage in requirement gathering and thoroughly analyze proposed product security architecture elements and technologies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, infrastructure, development, data, and security operations, to ensure the integration of security-by-design principles into the development and operation of products
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance on security architecture to meet emerging business and technology requirements, ensuring alignment with operational security and compliance regulations
- Translate business, compliance, and technical requirements into actionable components and controls to strengthen digital and product security postures, ensuring alignment with medical and IT compliance regulations
- Monitor and periodically review the security architecture, modifying it in response to evolving threats, business goals, and security trends to maintain certifications required by regulations and law
- Lead and implement operational security practices to achieve and maintain required security and compliance standards

- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in security architecture, preferably with a focus on OT environments and OT product security
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, Google Cloud Security Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist, CISSP, CCSP, SANS GIAC, or similar qualifications
- Experience with ITIL and a strong understanding of Azure cloud and on-premises deployments
- Solid knowledge of medical security governance and IT general control frameworks such as ISO 2700x, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53
- Proficiency in network access, identity and access management, applied cryptography, network security methodologies, and secure software development methodologies
- Effective communication skills with the capability to lead and manage teams, resolve conflicts, and coach team members
- Agile mindset with a continuous quality and process improvement orientation
- Experience in Operational Technology (OT) product security and environments
- Additional knowledge in API Security, DevSecOps practices, Identity and Access Management and Zero Trust & Defense in depth principles
