We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test with Java proficiency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Java and expertise in manual functional testing of web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing test documentation, performing various types of testing, and working closely with agile teams to ensure the highest quality of our e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile team members
- Analyze requirements / User Stories provided by PPOs
- Design test documentation such as checklists and test cases, then prioritize and estimate them
- Execute manual functional, REST API, and UI testing of e-commerce solutions including front- and back-end
- Manage bugs and create and maintain QA materials such as HOW-TOs
- Engage in agile routines
- Support the Customer during UAT and triage phases, and analyze Customer's defects
- Facilitate new version releases to Production

- Minimum 4 years of QA experience including manual functional testing of Web applications
- Background in tasks estimation, test cases, checklists creation, and manual testing
- Proficiency in APIs (REST, SOAP - using Postman, SoapUI) and SQL
- Capability to work independently without direct supervision
- Knowledge of the Scrum framework including standup, retrospective, backlog, iteration
- Qualifications showcasing active communication and readiness to intensively develop in testing
- Strong inclination for excellence, product-centric thinking, and intensive hands-on work
- Intermediate or higher level of spoken English
- Experience in automated testing tools (Selenium/Selenid, REST-assured, BDD frameworks like Cucumber, JBehave)
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/Bamboo, uDeploy)
- Background in testing MongoDB, Kafka
- Understanding of SAFe and working knowledge of Jira
- Experience with 3rd party vendors and cross-location teams
