We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP CPI Integration Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud-based systems, focusing on Payroll and Active Directory. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy integration flows in SAP CPI to connect SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory
- Develop and maintain integration scenarios, including data mapping, transformation, and routing
- Work with SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and other relevant technologies
- Configure and manage secure connections and authentication mechanisms
- Implement error handling and monitoring solutions to ensure data integrity and system reliability
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality of integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation for integration processes and configurations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices
- Work with Active Directory and understand the processes of user provisioning and de-provisioning
- Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CPI development
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration technologies
- Proficiency in developing and configuring integration flows in SAP CPI and experience with data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or other relevant tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP, along with understanding of integration patterns and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of secure integration practices and protocols
- Experience with API management concepts
- SAP CPI certification
- Experience with other SAP cloud solutions and HR systems
