Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of comprehensive Salesforce solutions that are scalable, efficient, and meet business needs
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, converting them into technical specifications and architectural blueprints
- Offer technical mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines
- Develop and apply integration solutions with other systems to maintain data accuracy and seamless interoperability
- Implement governance frameworks to uphold industry standards and internal regulations
- Assess and enhance the performance of Salesforce solutions, suggesting improvements when necessary
- Produce and upkeep detailed architectural documentation, including design maps, API details, and integration processes
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven history of leading international projects
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and expertise in Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and competency in REST/SOAP web services
- Strong problem-solving skills with a robust analytical mindset and strategic thinking capabilities concerning technology solutions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Flexibility to use Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred
- Background in working within a global atmosphere with diverse teams and stakeholders is preferred
