We are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with a deep insight into media process execution and the media industry, complemented by proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
This position emphasizes crafting customer experience solutions and requires significant coordination with stakeholders to oversee and elaborate EPICs, construct business process architectures, and optimize our Experience Cloud platform to meet varied user requirements proficiently.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of EPICs consistent with strategic goals
- Work jointly with stakeholders to pinpoint, record, and outline key functionalities and features in the Experience Cloud
- Continuously revise the backlog to reflect changes in business priorities or feedback from implementation
- Examine and delineate different user personas engaging with the Experience Cloud platform
- Connect persona-specific demands to platform features and functionalities to ensure meticulous requirements fulfillment
- Conduct workshops to verify and enhance persona profiles
- Cooperate with architects and developers to design Business Process Architectures at various granularity levels
- Record and relay business process setups within the Experience Cloud
- Provide advisory support on BP architecture setups emphasizing optimal practices
- Segregate EPICs into distinct and actionable user stories for development teams
- Establish quantifiable acceptance criteria for each user story to facilitate testing and approval
- Guide agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Salesforce or related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Consulting, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Admin Certification and Experience Cloud Certification
- Qualifications in developing requirements and user stories
- Effective presentation skills
- Competency in comprehending media processes
- English fluency at a B2 level or above
