Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration with Service Cloud and other systems
- Collaborate with the team to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other features to meet business needs
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolution and proactive maintenance
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Implement and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access and security
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools

- +4 years of experience in a similar position, working as Salesforce Administrator
- Wide experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms, being able to optimize and integrate between them and with other services
- Strong experience working with Salesforce Admin tools, Salesforce Development, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
- Monitoring and troubleshooting experience
- Self-management skills, ability to work without supervision, support, and able to supervise less experienced colleagues
- Experience communicating with several stakeholders (management, clients, cross-functional teams)
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (Native/Fluent level is a must)
