Responsibilities
- Design and implement the back-end of the IPR using Flask, Dash and D3.js components for visualization
- Enhance and improve the front-end using the back-end functions via Dash, incorporating JavaScript, build custom Dash components from React as needed
- Design, implement and manage databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity and security
- Configure the IPR's CI/CD pipeline (mainly via GitLab, Octopus and Kubernetes) for streamlined deployment
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with the blueprint and compliance with corporate artifacts
- Improve the features of the IPR, ensuring state-of-the-art functionality
- Document the IPR, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of its development and maintenance
- Strong proficiency in Flask, Dash, and D3.js for back-end development
- Deep experience with JavaScript for custom front-end functions
- High proficiency in SQL and database management, including data modeling, normalization and querying
- Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment principles and practices
- Should be able to configure GitLab and Kubernetes, as they will be used for version control and deployment configuration of the IPR
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Classic approaches
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Fluent skills in English speaking language, being able to communicate efficiently in business and technical domains
