Responsibilities
  • Analyse, design, and optimize processes related to ServiceNow platform security, audits, and data privacy
  • Lead efforts in business continuity management, disaster recovery, and backup planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementations
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations
  • Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, driving process improvements across the team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in process analysis, with a focus on ServiceNow platform and security
  • Extensive knowledge of business continuity management, disaster recovery, and data privacy
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in an agile environment
