We are looking to bring a talented Senior Process Analyst onboard to spearhead the enhancement of processes on the ServiceNow platform, emphasizing security, audits, data privacy, and business continuity management.
The ideal candidate will be adept at driving process enhancements, overseeing disaster recovery efforts, and maintaining high data protection standards. This role requires robust analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and deep knowledge of agile methodologies.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance processes concerning ServiceNow platform security, audits, and data privacy
  • Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to align business objectives with technical solutions
  • Maintain compliance with security and data privacy standards through routine audits and evaluations
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies to improve team processes

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience focused on ServiceNow platform and security
