Senior Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to drive the development of new dashboards and reports that provide key insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data visualization, and report automation using Power BI, ensuring that critical business decisions are data-driven and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reports to support business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI reporting solutions
• Optimize and enhance existing Power BI reports to improve performance and usability
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reporting solutions
• Work with databases, ETL processes, and Power BI tools to extract and transform data
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Power BI report development
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Power BI and data visualization

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI report development and business intelligence
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience in ETL processes and data transformation for Power BI reports
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights in a meaningful way
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
