Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reports to support business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI reporting solutions
- Optimize and enhance existing Power BI reports to improve performance and usability
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reporting solutions
- Work with databases, ETL processes, and Power BI tools to extract and transform data
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Power BI report development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Power BI and data visualization

- 3+ years of experience in Power BI report development and business intelligence
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights in a meaningful way
