We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on performance testing and analysis, driving strategies that enhance application performance. You will engage with cross-functional teams to implement effective performance testing practices and ensure optimal application delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop performance test and analysis strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive performance testing efforts
- Implement automated performance tests within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application code and infrastructure configurations
- Conduct API performance testing at scale and manage capacity planning
- Perform spike load testing to evaluate system resilience
- Utilize client-side performance monitoring tools like Catchpoint or Lighthouse
- Demonstrate observability knowledge of metrics, events, logs, and traces
- Monitor application performance using New Relic across various platforms
- Address ad-hoc requests while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Stay updated on technology advancements in Azure Cloud, AKS, Java, and Spring Boot

- 3+ years of experience in performance testing
- Proficiency in performance testing tools and methodologies like Cloudtest or JMeter
- Background in continuous delivery and continuous integration practices
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure and related technologies
- Experience in API performance testing and capacity planning
- Familiarity with observability metrics and client-side performance analysis
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
- Certification in performance testing methodologies
- Knowledge of mobile application performance analysis
- Familiarity with MongoDB and Cassandra
- Experience with serverless technologies in Azure
- Capability to troubleshoot performance issues in network metrics
