We are actively seeking a proficient Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating the transition to MS Teams, with a strong familiarity with Slack. Our client has primarily relied on Slack for communication, making MS Teams a relatively unfamiliar platform for many of their employees.

Responsibilities
- Lead the migration efforts from Slack to MS Teams
- Offer expert advice on the migration process and effective data transition
- Develop tailored migration approaches to align with specific client needs
- Address and solve any concerns from users hesitant about the switch to MS Teams
- Maintain availability to operate within the EST time zone to accommodate the primary user base
- Implement and uphold MS Teams best practices across the organization
- Guide and support users in mastering MS Teams
- Monitor and evaluate the usage and functionality of MS Teams
- Collaborate with IT departments to ensure seamless integration of MS Teams with existing company tools

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer with a focus on MS Teams
- Thorough knowledge of Slack's features and its integration possibilities
- Proficiency in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 Apps
- Extensive expertise in the configuration, migration, and administration of MS Teams
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and users
- Fluent in English, with a minimum of a B2 proficiency level
- Experience with other communication and collaboration tools besides Slack and MS Teams
- Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications
