We are seeking a skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in migrations to MS Teams, ideally with a good understanding of Slack. Our client has been using Slack as their primary communication tool for many years, and MS Teams is a new tool for most of their users.

Responsibilities
- Perform technical migration work from Slack to MS Teams
- Consult on what and how to migrate data and communications effectively
- Propose structured migration plans tailored to client needs
- Address and respond to questions from users who may be skeptical about the transition to MS Teams
- Ensure availability to work in the EST time zone to support most of the user base
- Develop and implement best practices for MS Teams usage within the organization
- Train and support users in the adoption of MS Teams
- Monitor and report on the usage and performance of MS Teams
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with other enterprise tools

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer, with a focus on MS Teams
- In-depth knowledge of Slack functionalities and integration capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Apps and their deployment
- Extensive experience in MS Teams implementation, migration, and administration
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and users
- Fluent English skills at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with other communication and collaboration tools beyond Slack and MS Teams
- Certifications related to Microsoft 365
