We are in search of an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess a robust expertise in transitioning to MS Teams with a solid grasp of Slack. Historically, our client has predominantly utilized Slack for communication, and MS Teams is relatively new to most of their staff.

Responsibilities
- Execute the migration tasks from Slack to MS Teams
- Provide consultation on the migration process and data transfer
- Design migration strategies that are customized to meet client requirements
- Tackle and resolve queries from users uncertain about moving to MS Teams
- Be available to work according to the EST time zone to cater to the majority of users
- Establish and enforce MS Teams best practices within the company
- Educate and assist users on how to navigate MS Teams
- Track and document the usage and efficacy of MS Teams
- Work in conjunction with IT departments to integrate MS Teams with other organizational tools

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer, specializing in MS Teams
- Deep understanding of Slack's functionalities and how it integrates with other systems
- Skilled in the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps
- Comprehensive experience in the setup, migration, and management of MS Teams
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with both stakeholders and end-users
- Proficient in English, at least at a B2 level
- Experience with various other communication and collaboration platforms apart from Slack and MS Teams
- Certifications pertinent to Microsoft 365
