Senior Enterprise Architect (Fraud Domain, Financial Services), London

EPAM has an excellent opportunity for a delivery focused Enterprise Architect Technology Consultant to join our Global Delivery Organisation in London.
The initial projects will involve working with one of our large financial services clients who are growing their architecture Centre of Excellence (CoE). As part of this growth, you will be joining a dynamic team tasked with providing innovative architectural solutions across a spectrum of initiatives. You will work with the Fraud team, so experience in this area within a banking environment is required. This position plays a significant role in the strategic expansion of the CoE, contributing directly to various high-impact projects. The role will report to the EPAM's UK Head of Architecture and Technology Consulting.

• Act as a Senior Enterprise Architect in partnership with Fraud lenders and Solution Architects to define the architecture strategy for the domain looking at tools, infrastructure and approach for fraud (this is not Fin Crime)
• Help define the strategy, supporting Solution Architects in their day to day work as well as hands-on production of Software of Design Documents
• Align closely with our tech and business leadership teams to help drive strategic growth, foster deep relationships with the client, advance initiatives whilst ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing technological capabilities
• Leverage your hands-on technologist experience to build strong credibility and foster collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams involving leading and mentor teams of Solution Architects and Technology Consultants
• Longer term, direct efforts in both sales/pre-sales, RFPs and POCs ensuring that we deliver impactful, results-driven solutions

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar or strong relevant work experience
• Extensive hands-on experience working as a Senior Enterprise Architect and a background in Solution Architecture and Technology Consulting
• Experience working in the area of Fraud within Financial Services
• Well-versed in the development of Enterprise Architecture, including governance, business drivers, technology and change management processes
• Excellent client-facing experience with the ability to influence and guide teams on the right technical solutions combined with a consultative, problem-solving approach suitable to short and long-term goals
