Responsibilities
- Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with EPAM's delivery standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and EPAM teams to define and drive the product delivery roadmap
- Established and refined development standards while recruiting and assembling skilled teams based on project needs
- Provide leadership across architecture, project management, business analysis, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance to resolve delivery challenges
- Guide and drive key technology decisions while aligning EPAM and client architecture teams, facilitating consensus when needed
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project/program plans, ensuring alignment across functions and leadership teams
- Track and communicate project execution progress to key stakeholders, providing transparency on risks, mitigation plans, and delivery timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve key program objectives while fostering effective, timely, and transparent communication
- Proactively identify and resolve program challenges, offering strategic guidance to drive productivity, quality, and success
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute strategies that ensure the successful completion of EPAM programs

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture
- Strong background in leading complex software engineering service deliveries within a Professional Services environment
- Expertise in establishing and managing multi-project setups
- Pre-sales experience in solutioning and client communication is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of the software development and product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall), and IT roles
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud solutions and cloud migrations
- Infrastructure project experience is strongly recommended

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$175,000 - CA$215,000.
