We are looking for a committed and seasoned Senior Delivery Manager (DM) with a technical acumen and robust interpersonal skills to be part of our team.
The role will concentrate on facilitating swift and dependable enhancements to our existing retail banking applications across various platforms, which include Web, iOS, and Android. The perfect candidate will have the ability to balance adaptation and improvements within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) while managing intricate dependencies from back-end to front-end in a complex SDLC setting.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

- Serve as a Scrum Master for the team
- Collaborate with the team to plan, commit, and deliver the current scope
- Actively handle team risks
- Communicate extensively with customer stakeholders at the team level
- Solve inefficiencies in the SDLC process, roles & responsibilities
- Optimize team effectiveness
- Oversee people management
- Lead the EPAM team
- Manage resolution and segregation of responsibilities and conflicts with customer stakeholders like Product Owners, Architects
- Communicate status updates to both client and EPAM
- Minimum of 5 years in a Delivery Manager position or similar role
- Background in retail banking and technical proficiency across Web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Expertise in .NET 4, VB.NET, Angular, Swift, Kotlin
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for task tracking
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication proficiency
- Capability to handle complex project dependencies and deadlines
- Profound grasp of the software development life cycle with the ability to make process enhancements
- Skills in conflict resolution and delegation of responsibilities
- History of working in a dynamic, adaptive SDLC environment
