Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive data models to support decision-making across various functions
• Maintain and enhance existing models to address changing business needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Conduct detailed data analysis and generate actionable insights
• Streamline data collection and model implementation operations to enhance data integrity and accuracy
• Evaluate model performance and recalibrate based on feedback and changing requirements
• Mentor junior data analysts in data modeling techniques and best practices

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics and model building
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and model creation
• Expertise in using statistical modeling techniques and predictive analytics tools
• Experience with ERwin
• Competency in working with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
• Strong understanding of business intelligence software such as Tableau and Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Background in automating data processes and familiarity with ETL tools
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
