Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Data & AI democratization strategies
- Drive cultural transformations within the organization focusing on Data & AI
- Design effective technology adoption strategies specific to Data & AI
- Foster a results-oriented environment to facilitate continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to align objectives and tasks
- Utilize strong analytical skills to drive decision-making processes based on data insights
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Prior leadership experience in Self-Service and Data & AI Literacy strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead significant cultural transformations
- Proficiency in self-service technologies enabling data consumption and analysis including predictive and general AI
- Well-honed skills in designing and implementing technology adoption strategies within Data & AI contexts
- Excellent communication skills with adeptness in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical competencies and results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement initiatives
