Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst focused on player support data to help turn complex datasets into insightful visualizations. This role requires expertise in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration to support product adoption, engagement, and usage trends. The ideal candidate will proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and help refine KPIs for impactful analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player support data to create meaningful visualizations and reports, assisting stakeholders in drawing actionable conclusions
• Collaborate with the player support team to develop KPIs for measuring product engagement, adoption, and usage trends
• Conduct targeted segmentation analysis, pulling relevant data to support cohorting strategies
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting standards, ensuring consistency in data presentation and accuracy
• Communicate findings through comprehensive written reports and interactive dashboard charts
• Monitor and continuously improve data quality, taking accountability for the integrity of reported information
• Work with cross-functional teams to iterate on testing and optimize data for decision-making
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve processes and performance

• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Extensive experience with SQL, comfortable writing complex queries and optimizing for efficiency
• Proven ability to work in AWS environments, including experience with Kubernetes and network connectivity
• Expertise in managing end-to-end ETL processes, with a strong background in data pipeline management (Airflow experience is a plus)
• Strong Python skills, including experience working with dataframes, handling data transformations, and working with APIs
• Familiarity with basic JavaScript (JS) for internal service modifications
• Advanced skills in Tableau for data visualization, able to adhere to and enhance organizational standards
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis in a fast-paced environment, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Ability to document requirements clearly and develop reports that convey complex data insights effectively
• B2+ English proficiency in both written and verbal communication

• Experience with Snowflake and HIVE for data processing
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and player support metrics
• Proficiency in additional programming languages like R or Scala for data analysis and visualization
