We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our progressive team.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the efforts in measuring and optimizing media performance across diverse channels, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in developing advanced measurement frameworks and providing deep analysis on the influence of media in shaping customer journeys while upholding the highest standards of data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze media performance across advertising channels such as Search, Social, Content Syndication, and Display
  • Develop advanced performance measurement frameworks that include forecast and targeting definitions
  • Generate comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and cross-channel insights
  • Provide deep insights into Media-generated touchpoints, assessing their impact on conversions and customer lifetime value
  • Strategize optimization and personalization tactics to improve engagement and conversions across channels
  • Oversee rigorous tagging, tracking, and governance processes to guarantee data accuracy
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices on major platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn

  • 5+ years of experience in a media analytics related role
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics; Google Analytics knowledge also acceptable
  • Extensive experience with Excel, SQL, and Python for sophisticated data extraction, manipulation, and modeling
  • Expertise in using data visualization tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Proven ability to convey complex insights compellingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative attitude
  • Adaptability to quickly shift priorities in a dynamic business environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
