Responsibilities
- Support the Growth Acquisition Team in developing content strategies
- Define and deliver comprehensive content strategy for product experiences
- Conduct thorough content audits and competitive evaluations
- Assess product content usability and accessibility through heuristic evaluations
- Develop and implement plans for content experimentation
- Craft polished presentations using Figma and PowerPoint
- Utilize human-centered design methods to write, test, and deliver in-product content
- Create content wireframes, sketches, and empathy maps
- Document voice flows and machine learning/artificial intelligence prompts and guardrails
- Author long-form articles for the Help Center and Destination Guides
- Contribute to the client's Design System by establishing content standards
- Forge strong relationships with cross-domain content owners
- Define content workflows, best practices, and mapping for new product experiences
- Prepare and facilitate content-related workshops
- Present content critiques and stakeholder reviews using Figma flows and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Strategist
- Expertise in crafting product UI content in American English
- Proficiency in various content strategy/design frameworks
- Advanced skills in Figma and related content-specific plugins
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities
- Competence in facilitation and conducting workshops
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of headless content management systems and GitHub
- Knowledge of AI/ML for content design, including natural language understanding and prompt engineering
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
- Growth mindset and adeptness in first-principles thinking
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and Localization
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Background in SEO and content optimization
- Experience in video content creation and multimedia storytelling
