Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements using different techniques
- Define business goals, needs and objectives
- Plan business analysis approach, including business analysis information management, stakeholder engagement & communication (artifacts templates, documents structure, process flow etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (i.e. business representatives, SMEs, Development and QA teams etc.)
- Analyze current state (as-is), to-be analysis and gaps identification
- Translate business needs into requirements (functional, non-functional, transition)
- Document requirements according to selected framework, BA approach and definition of ready (i.e. use cases, epics, user stories including acceptance criteria)
- Facilitate BA activities during discovery phase
- Play Scrum Master role if needed

- At least 5 years of relevant BA experience
- Scrum Master certification; previous experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in managing the scope of requirements within the project
- Experience in usage requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab)
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in requirements
- Experience in arranging and facilitating meetings and workshops with the stakeholders
- Experience in using of visual modelling notations (UML, BPMN), wireframes and diagrams
- Ability to support solution testing/UAT
- Knowledge of UX/UI general concepts and the ability to take part in designing activities
- Proficiency in English, complemented by at least B1 proficiency in German or French
- Engineering or computer science education background
- Ability to participate in pre-sales and RFP development
- Business Analysis, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate
- Cloud (e.g., Microsoft Azure) certification
- Familiarity in SQL scripting, to be able to analyze data independently
- Ability to mentor or coach others within project team or organization
