We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and assist in a critical data migration project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business requirements, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders during the migration of data to a new system. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing insights and driving the successful implementation of this complex migration initiative.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to effectively gather and document necessary data for migration
- Ensure the quality and integrity of current data sources by comprehensive analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and proactively resolve data-related issues
- Maintain and create process flows and necessary documentation for data migration
- Implement and manage requirements traceability to confirm completeness of the migration process
- Provide insightful recommendations to enhance the migration's efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and propose strategic solutions based on analyzed data

- Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data migration projects
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of data governance and data management principles
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills
- Background in requirements traceability management
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level
- Familiarity with Informatica, SAP, Salesforce
