Senior Business Analyst (Supply Chain & Logistics)

Athens, Greece

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will collaborate with Business counterparts, Local and Regional IT departments, and various software vendors to develop solutions tailored to Business requirements, focusing especially on Supply Chain & Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, define and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives in the Supply Chain & Logistics area
  • Create functional/technical requirement documents based on business requirements
  • Assist users during functional acceptance testing and support release updates of new or existing applications
  • Participate in the design and execution of implementation/configuration in the eCommerce and Digital Marketing fields
  • Coordinate internal business and technical teams to finalize requirements
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in functional areas concerned, supporting and administering during and post-project implementation
  • Provide functional/technical support to ensure systems work effectively
  • Lead and organize training sessions for end users to support change management
  • Engage in stakeholders management, artifacts documentation, business analysis activities planning and information management

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Proven proficiency in stakeholders management
  • Competency in business analysis activities planning and artifacts documentation
  • Qualifications in business analysis information management
  • Strong expertise in English (B2 level) and Greek
Nice to have
  • Background in business analysis for eCommerce and Digital Marketing sectors
