We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with business counterparts, local and regional IT departments, and various software vendors to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our business.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements for projects focused on Supply Chain & Logistics
- Develop functional/technical requirement documents from gathered business requirements
- Assist users during functional acceptance testing and help in the deployment of new or updated applications to support project implementations
- Participate in the design and execution of implementation/configuration related to eCommerce and Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with internal business and technical teams to finalize requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert in administrating and supporting the functional areas within his/her responsibility post-implementation
- Provide functional/technical support to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently
- Organize and lead training sessions for end-users to facilitate change management in conjunction with Regional IT

- 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
- Proven proficiency in stakeholders management
- Competency in business analysis activities planning and artifacts documentation
- Qualifications in business analysis information management
- Strong expertise in English (B2 level) and Greek
- Background in business analysis for eCommerce and Digital Marketing sectors
