We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our security-focused team. You will play a pivotal role in bolstering our cyber-security strategies by engaging with various stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, and continuously enhancing our security measures and processes.

• Engage with team members at various levels to gather and define business requirements
• Translate the collected business requirements into detailed technical documentation
• Partner with technology experts to facilitate the implementation of security solutions
• Perform detailed impact analysis on current (as-is) and future (to-be) states
• Actively identify and recommend enhancements to decrease security and operational risks as per established policies
• Explore and identify avenues for optimizing business processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms
• Manage business and technical requirements from the initial phase through to final implementation
• Independently drive assigned tasks to completion
• Propose improvements in various areas such as process enhancement and reporting
• Clarify complex concepts effectively to a diverse audience across the organization
• Adapt and thrive in demanding and ever-changing environments

• 6+ years of experience specializing in business analysis for IT Security or infrastructure projects, with a preferred focus on Vulnerability/Patch Management
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including documentation and improvement of as-is and to-be processes
• Proficiency in data analysis with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other dedicated tools advantageous
• Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks from initiation through to successful completion
• Experienced in engaging with stakeholders at varying organizational levels, including interactions with management
• Habituated in functioning effectively within a high-pressure and variable environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full professional proficiency in English
